Professional Organizer and Relocation Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Professional Organizer and Relocation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in providing top-tier organizing services, along with efficient packing, unpacking, and home setup support for our clients' relocations. The ideal candidate will have a natural talent for spatial arrangement, an empathetic understanding of client needs, and a solid dedication to creating harmonious living and working environments.


Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' organizing needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Develop and implement effective organization systems personalized for each client's lifestyle.

- Expertly pack household items for moves, ensuring their safe transport, and unpack them at the new location with an eye for optimal organization and aesthetic appeal.

- Manage multiple organizing projects with precision and care, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.

- Assist in decluttering spaces, suggesting ways to minimize possessions in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.

- Provide guidance on maintaining organization systems and offer follow-up sessions as needed.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and high-standard service delivery.

- Uphold the company's values of respect, integrity, and excellence in all interactions with clients and team members.


Qualifications


- Must speak English, bilingual is a bonus.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Communication, self-motivation, honesty, compassion.

- Coachable and growth mindset.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.

- Time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A background check may be required due to the personal nature of the work.

- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing and movement of light items.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends.
